What types of custom artwork do you offer?
Our custom products include animated or watercolor-inspired portraits, cartoony doodles and broken line doodles that may be used to decorate physical items.
What if there is a type of drawing that you don't offer?
If you are looking for a unique piece that is not currently offered, contact us describe your vision. We will get back to you via email to collaborate on your piece.
Do you create portraits of other animals besides cats and dogs?
Yes, we love to animate all pets, big or small!
Can I request a specific art style (realistic, minimalist, watercolor-inspired, etc.)?
Absolutely, we love to explore new art forms so if you have a different request we are happy to create that.
How do photo uploads of my pet work?
Before adding any product to a cart, it is required to upload at least one pet photo. The quantity of a product should equal the number of photos submitted i.e. if you want two different doodles of your pet, you should upload two different photos.
How long does it take to complete and ship an order?
It depends on the product, where more detailed portraits require 4-6 days and doodles require 2-3 days.
Do you use AI at all?
Can I choose background colors, patterns, or text for my design?
Yes, we love to add additional elements to your pieces whether they are portraits, doodles, matchboxes, or cards.
Can you include more than one pet in a single piece?
We are happy to include pet siblings and pet friends to your art. Other items like their favorite toy or accessories are encouraged as well!
Can I request changes after seeing a preview of my artwork?
Yes, at Pet & Painter we are dedicated to collaboration, and all pieces will be sent to you via email before they are finalized. If you want us to change anything at any time, email us!
